When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the five fields you enter: your name, email address, company or organization, project type, and message.

We do not collect any other personal data via this site. We do not set tracking cookies. We do not store IP addresses.

Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which forwards your message to a designated AvaRobotics email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf.

聯絡表單由 Web3Forms（web3forms.com）處理，並將你的訊息轉寄至 AvaRobotics 的指定信箱。Web3Forms 是代表我們執行資料處理的服務商。

We use Plausible Analytics (plausible.io), a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool. Plausible records aggregate page views and a small number of custom events (CTA clicks, successful form submissions). It does not set cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not allow individual visitor identification.

We use the contact-form data solely to respond to your inquiry. We use the analytics data solely to understand which parts of the site are useful and how visitors find us. We do not sell, share, or repurpose this data for marketing.

我們蒐集聯絡表單資料的唯一目的是回覆你的詢問；蒐集分析資料的唯一目的是了解網站哪些部分有用以及訪客如何找到我們。我們不會販售、分享或將這些資料用於行銷用途。

Inquiry emails are retained in our inbox for the duration of any active conversation and for a reasonable follow-up period. We may delete or anonymize older inquiries periodically. Plausible analytics data is retained per Plausible’s default policy.

聯絡詢問信件會保留於我們的信箱中，直到對話結束並經過合理的追蹤期。我們會定期刪除或去識別化舊的詢問資料。Plausible 分析資料則依照 Plausible 預設政策保存。

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have submitted to us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law (PDPA in Taiwan, GDPR for EU residents).

你可以要求查閱、更正或刪除你曾提交給我們的個人資料。我們會在合理期限內回覆，並符合適用法律之規定（台灣個資法、歐盟 GDPR）。
